The Song of Songs – God’s Passionate Love
"My beloved is Mine" - this session will be a contemplative reading of The Song of Songs. Selected themes may include one or more of the following: "The Eros of God", "God's first glance", "The presence and the absence of God" "The Hidden God". The themes selected will be compared to the themes of some of the poems of George Herbert and R.S. Thomas.
