Exploring Psyche and Eros in the Christian Contemplative Tradition
This workshop will explore the psychological and spiritual dimensions of the myth of Psyche and Eros. The spiritual meaning of the myth will be teased out by holding a dialogue between the symbols and images in the myth with the symbols and images of the writings of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila.
